Highlights at Luxury Salon

Seeking highlight models with medium to long hair. There’s a base fee of $50 plus a charge for the amount of product used (measured in a smart scale). This means it can range depending on what your desired look is. Just to have an idea of costs, it can start around $20 in addition to base fee written above. I have minimal experience with highlighting so this is an educational model service and I will be working alongside an experienced service provider.
