REQUIREMENT: - You must currently be blonde - Hair must be at least shoulder-length (no pixies, please!) - Must be opening to sitting through a full transformation - Must be okay with before + after photos (come photo-ready with a black or neutral shirt) APPOINTMENT DETAILS: Total cost: $23.00 (before tax!)
