Seeking anyone interested in doing a fun, vibrant color. I’m looking to do a two toned fashion color. A darker color that melts into a lighter color. It can be pink, purple, green, anything. I just require that your hair be light enough for the color to show up. Preferably you should have heavy highlights or completely bleached hair. Please reach out asap!
